In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. We partner with different suppliers to offer a diverse range of products, and items may be shipped separately depending on production locations.
Production Time
Since each item is made to order, please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Time

- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories: Additional 7-12 business days

Each item is made just for you! To minimize waste and overproduction, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or change of mind. Please check size charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items

- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.
